The Academic Ladder
ISET's core ladder runs T0 → T1 → T2 → T3: career discovery, a foundation award, a professional certificate, and a full undergraduate degree — with five further tiers (T4 CETP, T5 postgraduate diploma, T6 masters, T7 MBA, T8 executive masterclasses) extending upward from there. Progression is non-linear: T0 is not a prerequisite for T1, and several tiers accept direct entry with the right prior experience. Alongside all nine sits a separate, parallel product line — 20 self-paced online courses (T9) — open to anyone, at any point on or off this ladder.
How the Ladder Works
Non-Linear Entry
T0 is not a prerequisite for T1 — you may enrol directly. Several tiers (T2, T4, T5, T6) can also be entered directly with the right prior experience, not only by climbing every rung in sequence.
Most Credit Carries Forward
Credit earned at T1 through T7 generally counts toward the next credit-bearing tier. T0, T4, T8 and T9 are non-credit or CPD-only by design — they build career readiness and professional recognition instead.
Intelligence-Led
All tiers are powered by real data from 90,000+ events and 228 scored markets. Theory is grounded in evidence.
Award Models Vary
ISET confers certificates and CPD credentials directly (T0, T1, T4, T8); partner institutions validate T2 and T5; partner or consortium universities confer the T3, T6, and T7 degrees. Each tier's own page states exactly who awards what.
The T0–T8 Academic Ladder
All programmes commence January 2027. Fees vary by tier — ISET sets pricing directly for T0/T1/T4/T8; delivering partner institutions set fees for T2/T3/T5/T6; the T7 consortium fee depends on your chosen residency bracket. See each tier's own page for exact figures.

Online Professional Courses
20 standalone, self-paced courses (10 modules each, roughly 20 CPD hours per course, EQF 3–4 equivalent, non-credit) distributed via Coursera, Udemy, EdX, and FutureLearn. They are not the ninth step after T8 — they are a separate, parallel product line, open to anyone regardless of where they are on the T0–T8 ladder above, or whether they are on it at all, and can be taken in parallel with any other tier, before, during, or after.
Learners who complete 10 or more T9 courses may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) — exemption from 2 T1 modules. Think of this as a side door into the ladder for T9 graduates who decide to formalise their learning, not a required step within it.
